Objectives

Established in 1989, Conny Dietzschold represents international contemporary art. Over the past twelve years the gallery has featured graphics, painting, sculpture, installation, photography, video and new media with a focus on new tendencies in conceptual, concrete and constructive art. Since 1997 the gallery has organised exhibitions including artists such as Tracey Moffatt, Fiona Tan and Jenny Watson. In 1999, Conny Dietzschold established Australian Contemporary Art Projects, as one of the first galleries in Germany specialising in contemporary avant garde from Australia and New Zealand. A second gallery representing internationalartists will be opening in September 2001 in Sydney, within the setting of a 'Gallery House' in Redfern. The gallery is a member of the BVDG (German Galleries Assoc.) and participates in a number of international art fairs each year
